Account responsibilities

You may use the platform for lawful Panchayat, village-information, citizen-participation, and public-service purposes, subject to applicable laws and official procedures.

You must not submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, misuse personal data, or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Public information and submissions

Some Panchayat records, notices, statistics, and development updates may be public. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to provide it. Do not submit sensitive information unless a service specifically requests it.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but records may be corrected, delayed, or temporarily unavailable. When displayed information differs from an official record, the record held by the authorized office will apply.

Third-party services

Links to government departments or third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Web Panchayat is not responsible for services outside its control.
